为持续提升研发团队的专业技能与实战能力,夯实产品设计与研发的理论基础。8月19日下午,比彼精密工业(江苏)有限公司研发部举办了一场以“轴承安装、拆卸与维护保养”为主题的深度技术培训。


本次培训由比彼高级工程师赵忠飞先生主持,聚焦轴承核心技术原理,为未来的精准设计和高可靠性产品开发赋能,旨在将“精密智造”的理念落实到每一个技术细节中。


轴承,被誉为机械的“关节”,其安装、维护的规范性直接影响产品的效能与寿命。 本次培训系统梳理了从轴承基础理论到高级维护的全套知识体系,内容扎实且极具实用性:


1.理论回顾与深化:重温轴承分类、结构与选型原则,为精准设计和故障分析提供理论支撑。


2.安装与拆卸规范:重点讲解了不同工况下轴承的安装方法(压力法、加热法)与拆卸技巧,强调使用专业工具和标准化操作流程,避免损伤,保证精度。


3.润滑与维护科学:深入探讨了润滑作为“轴承第五元素”的关键作用,分享了润滑脂的选用标准、添加方法及生命周期管理,旨在通过科学维护大幅提升设备可靠性。
